We reserve the right to determine the types of businesses we serve. At our sole discretion, we may choose not to provide services to businesses or industries that do not align with our values, professional guidelines, or ethical standards—such as those involved in illegal activities, explicit content, or deceptive practices.
Our SEO strategies follow industry best practices and comply with major search engine guidelines. However, due to the evolving nature of algorithms and search engine policies, AlJiyad does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or performance outcomes.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results from our SEO services, clients agree to:
  • Provide accurate information about their business, objectives, and existing digital assets (e.g., website, YouTube channel).
  • Grant access to necessary platforms, including website files, content management systems, analytics accounts, and YouTube channel management tools, as required.
  • Implement AlJiyad’s Legacy SEO, SEO Copywriting, and YouTube SEO recommendations promptly, as agreed in the service plan.
  • Avoid practices that violate search engine guidelines (e.g., black-hat SEO tactics or keyword stuffing), which could negatively impact results.
Non-compliance with these responsibilities may affect the effectiveness of our SEO services, and AlJiyad cannot be held liable for outcomes resulting from such actions.

Fees and Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay fees as outlined in their service agreement:
  • Payment Structure: Fees may be required upfront, on a recurring monthly basis, or in installments, as specified in the agreement.
  • Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee or other penalties as detailed in the service agreement.
  • Non-Payment: If fees remain unpaid, AlJiyad reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.
Fee adjustments will be communicated prior to implementation. Payment disputes must be raised in writing within 15 days of the invoice date.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All SEO strategies, recommendations, and reports—including those for Legacy SEO, SEO Copywriting, and YouTube SEO—remain the intellectual property of AlJiyad. Clients are granted a license to use these materials solely for the purposes outlined in the service agreement.
  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared information during and after the contract term.
  • Ownership of Deliverables: Upon full payment, ownership of specific deliverables (e.g., SEO-optimized content or YouTube metadata) transfers to the client, excluding proprietary tools, templates, or techniques developed by AlJiyad.

Limitation of Liability

AlJiyad is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
  • Changes in search engine algorithms or YouTube policies that impact SEO or video ranking results.
  • Website downtime, data loss, or disruptions caused by third-party services or client-managed systems.
  • Penalties or adverse effects resulting from unauthorized changes made by the client or third parties to websites or YouTube channels.
In no event shall AlJiyad’s total liability exceed the total fees paid by the client for SEO services within the last six (6) months.

Results and Performance Disclaimer

While we apply proven SEO strategies to improve website visibility and YouTube performance, results for Legacy SEO, SEO Copywriting, and YouTube SEO depend on factors beyond our control, such as search engine updates or audience behavior. Therefore, AlJiyad cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or conversion rates. Our goal is to deliver measurable growth through custom SEO solutions, but outcomes may vary.

Termination of Services

Both parties may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Termination terms include:
  • Client-Initiated Termination: Fees for all SEO work completed up to the termination date remain payable, and no refunds will be issued for prepaid amounts.
  • AlJiyad-Initiated Termination: We may terminate the agreement if payment terms are breached or the client violates material terms. Upon termination, services will cease, and fees for completed work remain due.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AlJiyad, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
  • The client’s use or misuse of our Legacy SEO, SEO Copywriting, or YouTube SEO recommendations and materials.
  • Content or information provided by the client that results in third-party claims or legal actions.

Third-Party Tools and Links

Our website may include links to third-party sites or services. AlJiyad is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of these third parties. Use of third-party tools or links is at your discretion and subject to their respective terms.

Modifications to Terms

AlJiyad reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of changes. Clients are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any signed service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between AlJiyad and the client, superseding any prior or contemporaneous communications.
